A Holiday in a private villa or apartment is not an unaffordable luxury. For families and adults traveling with friends, staying at a private house is a very attractive alternative to a hotel in terms of cost. All our rates are based on the rental price of the respective property per night, which will decrease the cost per person depending on how many people are traveling. Also, the additional cost for food and beverages are comparatively low as the house staff shop at local markets. Unlike hotels, there are no exorbitant surcharges for the preparation of meals, which will be served in the private villa.
