Our Beach

Our beach is a wonderful, wild beach. It is huge and very long, spanning a few kilometers of pure, uncontaminated nature. Although our beach lacks amenities and doesn’t support water sports, it is a great place to play football with friends or start a game with the locals.

Our beach boasts one of the longest piers in Eastern Africa. Most people come early in the morning and late in the afternoon to enjoy the sunrise and sunset views. In the evening, you can catch boys jumping into the ocean or fishing. For the locals, it is a casual place for a weekend family stroll.

Our beach may not be the best for swimming as it lacks a reef, and the water may look dirty, but it is actually very clean. The waves appear brown due to the color of the sand and the red soil from Tsavo National Park carried by the river in the north. Our beach is perfect for taking long walks. The sand shimmers in gold, with black stripes, and is rich in iron. A walk while the water splashes against your feet will provide you with just the right kind of relaxation for your afternoon.
